Anju Anna Jacob research interest lies in nanotechnology, semiconductor physics, and electronics device fabrication, and her current research focuses on semiconducting nanomaterials for the fabrication of electronic devices. she works on making semiconducting nanomaterials and thin films, characteristic material study, and fabrication of electronic devices like photo detectors, solar cells, gas sensors.
